Desk Exercises for your Office Break- Stretches for Tight Hips, Shoulders, & Lower Back Relief

This is for my friends at the office who have some aches due to sitting at the desk.

I recommend doing this 1-2x throughout the work day. You can jump into the conference room or do it at your desk and get a co-worker to join. They’ll be grateful.

I’ve taken into consideration that you will be in business clothes so no worries. This won’t get you sweaty but it will make you feel good and help you release tension. 

You could also do this before a presentation or meeting. It will relax you and get you in the mind state. Enjoy, Angel
