20 min Walking Workout to Motown

Today we are doing a Motown Walking Workout. This 20 minute routine is easy to follow and fun. I smiled the whole time!

I made this video for people who need a more gentle form of exercise. This routine is good for beginners, seniors, or anyone who enjoys walking at home. Fitness is for everyone!
