Kids Cardio & Stability Training Workout - Exercises for Kids at Home - PE class
Kids need movement, too. I’ve created a series of workouts for kids. Check my youtube channel for tons of options from 5 minute to 15 minute workouts for more advanced kids. Today’s fun video workout is a follow-along routine. These exercises for kids can be done easily at home. All exercises are bodyweight and this routine works the major muscles groups.
I recommend these workouts for kids who are homeschooled, kids are play sports, and for children who need more physical activity.
