These are some of my favorite glute exercises to build strength, improve movement efficiency, and bonus: relieve back pain! Whether you want to activate your glutes prior to a run or workout, lift and sculpt your butt, or strengthen your hips, this will give you the results you’re looking for. 

I recommend doing this booty routine before your workout or as a standalone glute activation routine when you’re short on time.
