Stretches for Hips, Shoulders, Lower Back, and Tight Minds

This is for my friends at the office, or remote workers, who have stiffness and aches due to sitting too long. *This also works for my uber/truck drivers!

I’ve taken into consideration that you will be in a work environment so this whole stretch routine is standing. You won’t have to get on the floor and you shouldn’t get sweaty. (But I don’t know your genes. ha)

I recommend doing this 1-2x per day, every day.

Stretching is not expensive. Not stretching is very expensive.
