Single Assessment

This is a deep dive. Angel will read your body, identify imbalances, and tell you what to fix and what to build on. You’ll leave knowing exactly what your body needs. No generic advice.

What you get: Assessment of form, strength, alignment, and cardio · Identification of imbalances and missed opportunities · A personalized strategy with exercises matched to your level

Single → one 45 minute Zoom session → $150

Ongoing Coaching

If you don’t want to do it alone, this gets Angel in your corner. Over four sessions, she will push you when you need it and pull back when you don’t. As you improve, so does the program.

What you get: 4 × 30-minute Zoom sessions · Coaching tailored to your goals · Ongoing adjustments to meet your needs

Series → 30 minute sessions, 2x week → $360

Angel is a Kinesiology-trained coach with 18 years of experience helping people move better, build strength, and stay consistent. She has worked with a wide range of clients from beginners to experienced athletes. A former Nike trainer and Team USA duathlete, Angel brings both technical expertise and real world application to her work. She is the founder of Fit & Hungry, a fitness platform built to make training more effective, sustainable and fit for all bodies.
