It’s the Holidays, a busy time of year. You’re with family. You’re traveling. You’re shopping. Hopefully, you’re also relaxing. For ease, I’ve compiled the challenges into one place so you don’t get lost. These are to be completed over the next 5 days.
Day 13-17 of the Fitness Jump Off
1. Drink 70 oz of water per day.
2. Do at least of 2.5 hours of purposeful exercise over the course of the 5 days. Walking, cycling, weight lifting, running, skiing, etc. Dancing counts if its continuous and on the beat.
3. Eat one green meal per day. Reacquaint yourself with the rules, please. (No restricted foods an hour before or after the meal.)
4. Record indulgences. I’m not asking you to avoid the sweets, alcohol, and rich foods that come with the holidays. I’m asking you to be aware of the quantity you’re consuming. Log all of your indulgences. For example, “two cookies, a scoop of ice cream, and way too many crackers and cheese.” This log is for your personal record. Indulge with your eyes open.
