1. I will post a video announcing the winners from each week of the Fit & Hungry challenge. I’m disgustingly excited about it. Winners chosen based on participation not performance.
2. I will thank you for participating in the challenge and say really, really nice things about you.
3. I will reveal the next challenge. The first of its kind here.
4. I will repeat #2.

BTW….it has helped immensely no matter what Sunday’s results are. Would not even be here trying to compete without Angel.

I guess my yardstick on how the challenge and the boot camp has helped me will be the results of my tri on Sunday. Feel good….hope the hamstring cooperates. Will give a full report.
