I have tons of workouts and fitness experts lined up to get me in world domination shape and I plan to share all of that information with you.

In the meantime, I want to know what you want. I want to help you achieve your goals. So, what do you need to succeed? Great to have you back! I love the challenges and your motivation, and I also find you to be super knowledgeable and informative. I’m always eager to hear your advice about fitness fads (as previous poster said), nutritional trends, etc. I want news I can use! 10 Healthy Snack Ideas, How To Make Kale Tasty, Best Lightweight Workout Shoes, etc.! I trust your assessment and expertise!

I absolutly loved the 6 week bikini workout, cos i’m quite competative I found myself keeping on track with it. I would love to see some more challanges like that.

Also I really want to get my 1.5mile run time under the 10 minute bracket so any advice you have to help me achieve this would be great (I currently run a 10min 23 sec 1.5 mile).

Great to have you back Angel 😉

1. Would love strength training 101 – totally intimidated by that!
2. How to develop awesome abs for the first time in your life and despite having two children…(might be a little too specific on that one!)

Unless you can disguise yourself as me and run my races I will settle on your expert help in getting faster.

How to eat to lose weight, spelled out straight. It is so much easier if I have something to follow exactly. If I shouldn’t eat carbs at night I won’t, if I should only eat a certain amount of carbs a day, I will do that. Also, intense workouts to do when injured (recovering from sprained ankle, stress fractures, etc.) Thank you!!

So glad you’re back! Boo hackers. I have loved (and sorely missed) the workout routines and challenges you had posted. I learned so many new exercises that didn’t require much in the way of equipment (love that), and the combinations of exercises you put together kicked my ass and motivated me to work harder. So I’d like some more of that, please. Any chance you’ll be able to recover that stuff from the old site? Boo hackers.

Welcome back Angel face!

I would like motivation to keep the winter pounds off. I second Alex’s entry, I thought I was being greedy for motivation and instruction. I thought about attempting the no sugar challenge on my own to shed some post-nuptial weight. But then I thought of how alone I’ll feel without sugar. And in the same second, unhappy with the unwanted inches.
So basically I want a lot, am I asking for too much?

Signed,
Blubber Butt

I really like reading about you. I love the stories. It helps me to hear your feelings of uncertainty and to see how you still keep it moving. I do pretty good on the workouts and stay simple on my eating plan (an I must say that for a 37 years old guy I am quite studdish! 😉 but I am sure that there is plenty room to improve. So, tips in that area are greatly appreciated. I plan to run my first half marathon in January so I will need tips on preparing properly to do my best.

More than anything I want to be injury free.

I am motived, I don’t have a problem with that.
I am in shape, so I have a good foundation.

I have goals and energy and lots I want to do. Problem is, my body is talking back. I have not yet figured out how to push myself and not get hurt.

A comparison of fitness programs or “fads.” For example, is Zumba an effective workout worthy of the craze? Pilates vs Yoga, etc…Curious about your expert take on new exercise packages.

Alex · 10/31/2011 at 8:44 pm

daily meal plan samples…more motivational posters and images, quotes… “30 min workout routines” written or videos

Alex · 10/31/2011 at 8:43 pm
