I love this infographic on how to tip in other countries. In Thailand, tips aren’t expected. When they are, you’ll see a tip jar near the register, a sign on the wall, or a note on the menu. In most cases, it’s a suggestion not a requirement. Even though I’m broke, if someone treats me well, I’ll make it rain.  On the other hand, if you treat me like crap, I’ll be really, really disappointed in you. And it won’t rain.

How do you tip? Do you reward exceptional service? Or treat it all the same?
