The music trending in Asia is not the same as back home. This “inconvenience” forced me onto music blogs, which stretched my ear in the best way. I love what I love but discovering new music excites me. A few discoveries made it on my workout playlist for 2015.
The tracks on this playlist fall into three categories: (1) Songs with a hip hop theme, which are best for workouts involving sprints, weights, or burpees; (2) Songs with a dance theme, which work best during cycling class, long run intervals, and dance breaks (obviously); (3) Songs that are less dramatic. These are good for foam rolling, vinyasa class, long walks, and meal prep.
