I have posted all of the assignments for the Fat-Free for Christmas Challenge. It is now up to you to complete them. If you are behind schedule, these are the remaining challenges:

Challenge 3: Make your favorite item healthier
Challenge 4: Eat 20g of protein by 10am
Challenge 5: Log 6 of your meals and send them to me.

You have until the end of 2011 to finish up all of the challenges. If you didn’t meet your fitness assignments for challenge 1 and challenge 2, you have until the end of the year to complete those as well.

It has been a pleasure working with you this holiday season. You have tried new things, you’ve worked hard, and you’ve made me laugh at loud. Thank you for being a good sport. Please continue to work on your fitness goals in between bites of cookies.

Enjoy this holiday season and spend it with someone you love.

(I will not post any more assignments this year but I will come here to check on you and give you some love.)

Angel…you are amazing and totally awesome that you gave us workouts that you could have totally charged for. I have come so much further just by challenging myself to do things I never thought I could and made it fun with co-workers and friends that I introduced to your site. So please believe, your challenges are in high rotation honey! I will be on touch soon. My non-profit women organization could definitely use your services!!! Happy Holidays!

Yes, thank you Angel! You definitely make me health concious, there were a few meals that I knew not to take a picture of! Helps me realize why I keep getting puffy. I’m staying steady with the new knowledge & fitness challenges.

Thank you for this blog and all of your challenges. I only hope that all of the people that use this site realize all of the time and effort you put into it without charging us a dime. It is truly a Christmas present to each and everyone one of us.

@Quynn. I am happy that you feel great. I intentionally did not do any EXERCISE challenges this last week. A lot of people do all the workouts and still have bad eating habits. Then they wonder why there body isn’t changing. Their lack of nutrition discipline is why they don’t see the progress they expect. My secret goal this week was to make people conscious of what they are eating. Long story short, I’m trying to make ya’ll well rounded. See you in the New Year. I’m proud of you, Quynn!
