I designed this program to ease you into a fitness routine. The workouts are short, only 7 minutes. The exercises are doable, not too hard. And, it’s all low impact. This is the perfect start to your new fitness journey. In one week, you will feel amazing and ready to take on the next challenge.
You can start this at any time. Just put it on your calendar and stick to the plan. Day 1, Day 2, Day 3….Keep going until you get to Day 7. You can do this!
Who is this for?
The starter plan is for people who do not exercise. If you already have a fitness routine, this will be too easy for you. This is for someone who needs a gentle, easy plan.
This ebook is a PDF file that includes 7 workouts, one for each day of the week. Each routine works cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. You also get 3 special bonuses! One of them is a list of my favorite books, podcasts and movies for inspiration and motivation.
What do I need?
No equipment is necessary. All exercises use your body weight only. If you want to make an exercise harder, you can use dumbbells or resistance bands.
How to pay

How to download
