Every Wednesday, I jump on the soapbox. Today, I’m talking about salad dressing. I love this product!

Kraft Light Balsamic Vinaigrette
Calories: 25
Fat: 1g
Carbs: 4g
Sugar: 3g
Ingredients: Water, Balsamic Vinegar and less than 2% of other stuff (spice, caramel color, etc.)

Best for: Increasing your consumption of vegetables, i.e. put it on your salad, darling.

Pros: 1. Low Calorie. It’s 25 calories per 2 tbsp. Good luck finding a dressing with less. 2. Taste. It’s tasty. 3. Bottle. It’s squeezable with a nice pouring spout. There’s no banging it on the counter to get the last drop. Everything should be this easy.

Cons: 1. Preservatives. I’m stretching on this one; I don’t think there is a con. But if you are a purest, the preservatives – albeit less than 2% – will rile you. I’m not a purest.

Final verdict: Oh my gosh. Why are you still reading my words?!? Go buy this dressing. I’ll race you to the store.

I have this dressing and I love this dressing! Not only do I use it on my salads, I also use it as a marinade on my meats – especially chicken. Yum!
