Egg whites, yogurt, fruit, oh my! Put the aforementioned in a blender and be prepared to have the best day of your life.

Laura Bennett drinks this. I drink this. (I copied her. Copying successful people generally leads to success.) Therefore, you should drink this. It’s the perfect breakfast if you’ve got a lot to do but only a little time. The original recipe is here¬† but use your imagination -and what you have on hand – to make the smoothie suit your performance needs. I used more egg whites, less yogurt, and frozen blueberries (I didn’t have fresh ones). I also replaced the juice with water but added frozen strawberries to make up for the missing pomegranate Love.

@Quynn. Egg whites aren’t the problem. It’s bad eggs that are the problem. Funny, you never heard about salmonella back in the day when bodybuilders were drinking eggs for breakfast. I’m pretty sure all that bad stuff started happening when manufacturers starting treating their chickens badly. Get good eggs and you will be fine.
