This healthy recipe roundup is for you AND me. It’s a list of meals you can make using one pot. I love cooking healthy but I’m impatient. I love the idea of being able to dump everything into a pan then dump it onto a plate. The idea that after all my planning and prepping and cooking, you still want me to make the plate look pretty?!
I’ve included 25 meat and vegetarian ‘one pot’ meals. If you see something with meat and you’re a vegetarian, don’t skip over the recipe. Replace the meat with tofu or soy meat or just leave it out. If you want meat in the vegetarian dish, throw in some organic, free-range protein. Ya’ll need to stop making life complicated. 🙂
