You know Nike? The athletic company famous for its “swoosh” sign and “Just Do It” slogan? Yes, that one. In January, Nike sent out their scout team to find new trainers. I met with the Nike and was selected to be a trainer for the Nike Training Club (NTC) in D.C. It feels surreal to be working with one of my favorite companies. It’s exciting and I want to share how you can benefit.
Nike has two great FREE resources to help you stay on your fitness game.
1. NTC Fitness App. It’s your own personal trainer. You can choose a workout based on your goals (get lean, get strong) and fitness level (beg-adv). You can also select a time for your workouts, either 15, 30, or 45 minutes. There are demonstration videos to keep you safe and audio cues to keep you motivated. Win. The Nike app is the best fitness out there.
2. NTC in person. If you live in D.C., come to the Nike store in Georgetown for a FREE workout. I will be leading the workout along with my co-worker, Tony. There will be a live DJ to keep the energy high. It’s a workout party. Come see me. Get there early as they cut off entry once the store gets full. Sign in at 7:45pm. Workout begins at 8pm.
