The Fitness Challenge will begin on the 15th. You’ll have regular assignments and with that comes daily posts, emails, and videos (that’s where the delay happened). Full details will be posted regarding what to expect, what time you’ll receive your assignments, how to receive email updates, prize information, and how to check-in.

Social media will be my tool for tracking your progress, via fb and twitter. When talking about the challenge or when submitting assignments, you’ll hashtag us on twitter (#fitandhungry) or tag us on facebook. If you don’t use social media, you can post here.

One of your first assignments will be a baseline test where you complete a set of exercises as fast as you can. One of those exercises is a timed mile. You can either run or walk. These baselines will occur every week. Your goal is to improve your performance each time. This is just one example of what you will expect.

I’m excited about this challenge. I have feeling it’s exactly what you need. We begin on Monday, the 15th.
