It’s Workout Music Wednesday. Each song I’ve listed has three intervals sections, moments when you’ll be motivated to run faster, ride harder, jump higher, or quit that job you hate working at. (Yes, I ended a sentence with a preposition. Say something.)

Rock Song: “My Song know what you did in the dark”. (The title is too long.)

Hip Hop Song: “Blue Sky”. (Common makes me a feel certain kind of way.)

Dance Song: “Let’s Go”. (This one has four intervals sections but who’s paying attention.)

Which of these do you like the best? Tell me more.

On a somewhat related music note, I think a great mash-up of the wonderful fiddle runs in the Devil Went Down to Georgia would make for some pretty great spinning. (at least for me, anyway – im not sure of how much wide mass appeal that might have).

It’s not even a competition for me. Ne-Yo and Let’s Go — LOVE, love, love that song. And I love the lyrics…that song gives me the motivation and strength every time!
