Thanks Angel. I’m so motivated not to be fat. I did 30 mins on the bike, pushups, and lunges last night. Then for breakfast, a whole grain jownt with almond butter.

Love this and how encouraging you are! Your blog is one of my go to places for encouragement to stay on track! I’m about to plan out my races for the year, and I’m training like a crazy person! Keep the workouts and challenges coming! You have no idea how much it helps! (or maybe you do..)
