In honor of Beyonce’s uncanny ability to look good coming and going, I’ve created a butt workout that you can do at home, or in the gym in front of intrigued persons. This workout is great for those who want to firm the legs without sacrificing the booty. The best thing about this workout is that it can be done anywhere.

5 Exercises for your Butt:
Lateral Skater Jumps 20 reps per leg
Elevated Split Squat 20 reps per leg
Plank w/ Hip Extension 20 reps per leg
Glute March 20 reps per leg
Wide Striders 20 reps per leg

Goal: Complete 3-4 rounds of this circuit without taking a break.

Bonus: If you want to take your butt-shaping to the next level, you should sprint up a hill. This is the quickest way to a shapely, in-shape butt. Don’t tell anyone I told you.
