“i don’t have time for a workout today”

I created this workout for a specific purpose: your motivation is “meh”. You know you should exercise but you’ve (effortlessly) convinced yourself that you shouldn’t. You’re exhausted. It’s too cold. You’re sick. It’s too hot. You’re busy. You’re over it. You worked out yesterday.

This workout is for those days.

Use it when you don’t have time or energy. It’s not too hard but it’s hard enough. It’s great mix of cardio, strength, and flexibility.  It requires no equipment and takes less than 20 minutes. This is one of my favorite workouts!

Complete 1 round as fast as possible. You can do more rounds if you want – but I created this under the premise that you don’t have time. Capiche?

10 UP DOG DOWN DOGS
30 JUMPING JACKS
20  SIT UPS (straight leg or butterfly)
10 LEG RAISES
10 BIRD DOGS (elevated)
