I have exciting things planned for 2012, to include:
Magic Minute
. Every week, I will a feature a recipe, exercise, website, or anything else I think you need to know. I will do it in 60 seconds.
Angel vs. ?.
I will do a video feature with industry experts who will teach me the tricks of their trade.
Mini-Challenges. I will continue the fitness and nutrition assignments to keep you on your toes.

In case I don’t tell you on the 1st, Happy New Year! I’m not big on resolutions but I am big on self-improvement. I am always setting new goals for myself. Right now, my goals are to stop eating in the car, arrive to events early, and to spread my love as far as I can reach.

I plan to just say no to drugs and pity the fool!

I would like to make my lower back stronger and be able to run faster. And, I would like to be able to do a headstand in yoga for a full minute.

To be and let other’s be, I try to practice this method of life, but sometimes I forget and go back to complaining and whining. What can you complain about if you have your health and life? Continue to generate as much love and peace in the world as I can, I think one person can make a difference! AND, this one’s big, you know it LL, let love in, don’t block it out…..can you imagine, recieving as much as you give….WOW! What an idea, I’m opening up to it;-) You guys, that one’s a deep one for me! Wishing Love, peace, health and prosperity to everyone. Live life people, be happy and LOVE!! Happy New Year!!!

For 2012 I plan to appreciate every day that i wake up, to continue to stay focused on my health by exercising, eating right (more at home meals) and positive thinking. Love and appreciate my family and friends while i still have them because tomorrow is not promised. oh yeah and to take yoga classes i hear it hard but good.

1. Get personal trainer certification by mastering one chapter per week from Feb-June 2012.
2. Lower body fat percentage by 10% by eliminating all grains except brown rice and oatmeal and all processed sugars from my cabinets.
3. Run 10 miles in under 80 min (like the good old days, sigh), by incorporating 2 track workouts per week.
4. Get smarter by reading at least one nonfiction article (in Spanish) per day, and listening to podcasts instead of music while running, cooking, and traveling.
5. Continue to improve flexibility and reduce stress with yoga after workouts 3 times per week.

Trying to make my goals more SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, time-bound). I got work to do!

1. Practice proper nutrition and making it a lifestyle.
2. Pass this HUGE test I have coming up. (stupid test)
3. Stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
4. Keep my head on my spine.

I will complete a half marathon, finally get my personal trainer certification, and pay off 3 major bills! The plans are in place. I have started the execution. Now I keep following through until complete.

My resolution is to return to a healthy lifestyle. I really miss it!
