Well-Being, an awesome resource based out of D.C., posted their top 5 at-home workouts to stay in shape. I was featured demonstrating the best exercises to improve your legs. My workout was targeted to skiers but if you want strong, pretty legs, then this workout will work for you, too. Please note: I do have hair. In the photo, I have a french braid that – I didn’t know until seeing this picture – makes me look bald. I am not bald and I will not wear that french braid again. That is all for today. Good night.
