In general terms: Men can do more push ups than the women and lift heavier things. And women have better endurance and stronger core muscles. Let’s see where the scales tip on August 17th.

Who: Healthy, athletic people
What: stair running, push ups, core stuff
When: 11am-1145am, this Saturday
Why: This will not be easy but it will be worth it.
Where: Exorcist steps in Georgetown.

Details: Bring a towel and water. Also, I recommend parking on the street parallel to M street, in the neighborhoods, near the University. Come early to find parking. It’s rough out there.

*This is open to all levels. However, if you are injured or have “bad knees”, this isn’t the best workout for you.

You are dissing(sp) my gender. I am ready to bring it. I plan to work my whole Saturday schedule(including a trip to the ER for after lol) around this work-out, and you know how hard Saturdays are for me. Wouldn’t miss it!
