Next week will be the final week of challenges. You are to keep working and keep pushing until December 24th when you can do whatever the heck you want and forget you ever met me.

To reward you for your steadfastness, I am giving out prizes to extraordinary individuals. This is not necessarily the person who has executed the most repetitions. Rather, this award will go to the person who has participated in comments, contributed to this community, worked hard, and pushed themselves.

93 thrust squats, no eating after 10 and 8 green meals. Does that qualify me for a sweatshirt if i promise to complete squats do lunge twists and try sprints before the 24 th?

So I do not deserve a shirt, as I’m not really participating in the challenge, other than living vicariously through your readers and occasionally humoring myself into thinking I can achieve even one of these goals. I tried the sprints, got through 10 in one day, and died. When I was resurrected, my knees and lower back called me a bitch.

However, I have a funny story I want to share about stuffing the bra. I’ve done it once in life, outside of putting the empty easter egg containers in my nightshirts consistently when I was little to emulate what I’d have one day. So much for wishful (and wrong) thinking.

So years ago, my friend told me about this amazing bra she purchased from Vickie’s, that had push up cushions that made her average Bs look like very full Cs. As I was barely making an A cup at the time, I was highly intrigued, but the part time bank teller salary didn’t provide for such luxuries. So I decided I’d find a way to make one. Well being the creative lady I am I decided that the little inserts she had in her bra looked very similar to shoulder pads, and coupled with a larger bra they’d fit in perfectly. Untillllll the next day, while counting out money for a customer, he nicely pointed out that my shoulder pad was sticking out of my cleavage. Complete Mortification!!! And lesson learned, that is not what Victoria meant by her secret.

Love the sprints! I also hate them. Finished all the challenges, but need to do better about food. I think I hit rock bottom hard enough to eat super well now. Ready for what’s next!

Hey Angel,

I would love the sweatshirt but the tshirt would be ok too. The reason i would want them for movtivation it would remind me of the challenges which encouraged me to push myself to the limit and that I’m stronger than my body tells me. Oh I would be in heaven if i would be able to ask you questions about fitness/nutrition. All in all it was a win/win situation. My body looks better and you were able to help others with your gift. Thanks again.

Would love either a t-shirt or a sweatshirt! Those sprints were tough on me and got 20/30 done. I didn’t eat after 10 p.m. and even got the lunges and jump squats in. I find myself looking forward to the workouts. I also tried the green smoothie and have incorporated it into my smoothie routine.

I would LOVE a sweatshirt! Yes, I do remember a “semi” bra stuffing incident when I was about nine. I rolled up a tank top under my shirt so subtly everyone (even my mom) thought I grew boobies overnight! I couldn’t keep the secret though. Little did I know I wouldn’t have to wait much longer before I got the real thing…

Thanks to some of the challenges, I often couldn’t move certain limbs with much ease, but it’s getting better. I will keep on keeping on. 🙂

180 squat thrusts and 100 reverse lunge with a twist on each side…DONE! 4 out of the 5 challenges completed and 10 out of 30 sprints…I’ll finish the other 20 sprints this week. Thanks again Angel for keeping me on my toes!

Oh…and I think I probably stuffed my bra when I was like 10 :). Doesn’t every girl try it? Now I know Joe isn’t on here, but I’m going to call him out…he’s definitely stuffed his bra (my husband)…albeit for Halloween, but that def. counts :).

I think I’ll go try a few squat thrusts now…

Angel…I love the cartoon at the beginning of the blog. It really fits for me this week. It was a tough week for my family as we all came down with a nasty cold, which turned into an ear infection for my 2-year old. We all had no sleep and sounded like we had black lung. I am not one for excuses, but sometimes life side tracks you a bit and you have to listen to your body (even if you don’t want to). I did manage to workout 2x with the best trainer EVER (Angel), but I had to dig deep.

I am happy to say I have completed 2 of the challenges this week (8 green meals and no eating after 10pm), but I am an overachiever, so it frustrates me to say I have only partially completed the remaining challenges. My goal at the beginning of the week was to complete all of them. I may not be able to complete them by this evening, but I do plan on finishing the challenge as “Winners Never Qu…”. Who knows…maybe I’ll complete them all today, but after my workout with Angel on Friday, I’m not sure I can even do one more squat thrust with a jump…

Only 4 more sprints and 30 more squat thrusts left to do tomorrow. Other 3 are all done! Those squat thrusts are killer, but I secretly love the lower ab workout without having to do crunches or hundreds. Thanks, Angel!

I’ve never stuffed my bra or wanted to…I was always the opposite trying to be rid of them lol This has been a good week. I now have spinach in my fridge despite my distaste for it and I have overcome my fear of squat thrusts b/c I can modify and still feel my bum working. It’s been rough not having rice with meals, but still fulfilling with my full stock of every bean available at Giant in my cabinet. This has been a good week. I don’t think I need another tee, but a sweatshirt would come in handy. I’d love the coaching, that would be awesome.

My is name is PAQ and yes, Angel Stone I have stuffed my bra. The first time was 2nd grade. We used to get excused to use the powder room, walk back in backwards to class, and turn around: BAM! New “women” smh…This week was rough for me to stay on track workout wise, the food part was much easier.

I”m doing terribly with the food challenge this time! Too many holiday parties! I just had a green dinner though. Worked all the squat thrusts and lunges into one workout, and got 10 min of sprints into my run today. Will do 10 more tomorrow and 10 more on Sunday. From here on out it’s only green meals I think…I’ll let you know how it goes!

I’ve actually never stuffed my bra, which makes me a little sad cuz then I don’t have a good story to share. I should have though, not a whole lot goin on up there.

I actually meant to comment on your video with the Team Eshe sweatshirt to ask you how I could get one. My eating has been very un-fat-free-challenge-like this week so I don’t deserve to win one, but I definitely wanna buy one!

Since I already have a very cool Team Eshe tee, I’d take the sweatshirt. I’m doing great on the challenge so far. I decided to split the sprints across only three days–I’m loving it, but 10 sprint intervals in a row is killer!

Also, FWIW regarding your towel trick, who needs to stuff when you can’t remember the last time you purchased a bra that didn’t have the stuffing already built in?! I did pass along your Victoria’s Secret towel trick to a few of my similarly-built friends, though. They cracked up!

Hi Angel, My reward is what these challenges are doing to my body. Those sprints are kicking my butt. I’m exhausted when I leave the gym. Not eating after 10:00 pm is a tough one too because I love snacking late at night. So far I’ve completed 150 jump squats, 2 nights not eating after 10:00 pm, and 26 sprints. Boy are my legs tired. And that’s a good thing. 🙂
