TRAINING SESSION. During the session, Angel will watch you execute the exercises from the ebook. She will assess your form and give advice for better results and efficiency.
But this is more than a workout.

I ‘m scared to work out with Angel. What if I’m very unfit?
Angel will tailor everything to your level. She will never make you do something you can’t do. Angel is the best at assessing ability and adjusting for it. Ask anyone!
What do I need?
You only need your body and a mat/towel. Weights and bands are option.
