Congratulations. You made it to the end of the 14-day fitness challenge. Seems like only yesterday you were asking me how to do single leg squats without falling over. Le sigh.

This isn’t the end of us.

As I mentioned in the video, I will launch a 7-day challenge later this summer.

The foundation has been laid.

Continue to do things that are good for you. Drink lots of water. Work out. Buy high quality underwear.

Started two weeks late, finished in 15 days, but I finished. I was sooooo hoping today had a workout. Thank you for doing this, love. My body and spirit needed it.

I plan on starting this NEXT WEEK! I am so NOT that Dorito chick…I’m always in awe of your workouts. And a little afraid, too. So next week, I will start. It will be my first hardcore workout since having 2 babies. YIKES

@Aastria. ‘Motivated, sore, fell off.’ It’s normal. What makes you great is that you got back up and tried again. That’s what’s up and that’s all I ask. It’s easy to beat yourself. I’m constantly working on not beating myself up. It’s pointless, and mean. You’d never be that hard on a friend so don’t do it to yourself. We all need more self-love. I know I do. p.s. I”m putting an Angel/Aastria reunion on my bucket list.

@Tia. You should be proud of yourself. You’re making moves in the right direction. Yep, 20 minutes of a well-planned workout can have big results. I encourage you to save these workouts and reuse them. You will get results if you keep this up. I promise.

It was also great for me to connect with you again, girt. And I love that I could be there for you as you start this journey again. See you in July. And bring some queens with you.

@Rachel. Glad to hear you saw the benefit. Yes, the rest days were necessary, between soreness and busy schedules, they had to be there. Glad you appreciated the music recommendations. Angel!!!! First off…I was motivated at first.. got sore and fell off. I really beat myself up about it but you were sooo encouraging and positive that yesterday I ran 1.5 miles (Air Force PT test just to see where I was before I test again in Sep) and then I walked for 4.5 miles!!! My butt and calves are super sore but I’m proud of myself and I realized during the walk that I’m gonna take on your attitude and stop thinking about what I didn’t do and do the best from that point on. It really helped me get in the head space for the next exercise plan;) See ya later.

I Thank You highly Angel for this challenge! It definitely gave me the boost and motivation I needed to start on a healthier life journey. That Dorito lady is hilarious because she is reality. I am sooo proud of myself because I didn’t think I could do it and stick with it. Even the days I didn’t feel like it, I pushed myself to do it and felt so much better about it afterwards. I even repeated a day I lacked the most. You made the exercises look so easy in those videos but bbbbayyybbee, let me be the one to tell you, IT WASN’T! Those workouts HURT so GOOD!! I didn’t get a change to finish the very last day but definitely on my to do list ASAP! Wouldn’t feel complete if I didn’t. I’m going to try real hard and make an effort to do some type of physical activity everyday. The good thing is, the workouts were only 20-30 mins top but so beneficial, SWEATING BUCKETS and SORE!! It was all worth it. I feel great and my body THANKS YOU!

Thanks for the shout out too. I felt FAMOUS, lol. I’m looking forward to the next challenge. Just seeing you in the videos and communicating with you during the challenge was a great bonding moment, esp. since you are away. I even felt great about inspiring others to join the challenge although they started late. I think I will repeat the challenge or an old challenge until the next one. See you soon.

Man down! I think I broke something last week. I kilt exercise/day 8 (four rounds), then took barre the next day, and the day after that gave my all in Kazaxe. The next day my knee swelled up like an inflatable situation and could hear a clicking noise;-( I’ve been keeping it elevated and taking my vitamins. Feels better today. I still want to finish, bc that’s what i do. I’m a finisher! I’ll start again on Wednesday and aim to complete by Friday.

I appreciate you doing this…I needed the challenge. I feel stronger and the workouts helps me build physically and boosts my fit girl mojo. Thanks Angel Boo!

Angel! I was the Dorito lady but not eating Doritos. I found myself watching the tutorials while on my way outside for a warm up run going, “oh no, she’s crazy, 1 ARM BURPEES?” But I did them. I’m a beginner, looking in on the advanced group like I should move up but I couldn’t get through the additional rounds. I just said nah. Next time I want to fight for the advanced reps. The rest days were crucial. The music suggestions gave me life. I see that I tried to include a lot of the people who happened to be around me so I would actually do the work on days i didn’t wanna. Like convincing other people to workout made it easier for me. Is that the trainer vibe?

This is the longest experiment without sugar and I might be able to keep it up long term. That just means I can maybe have a beer and like handmade potato chips when I feel like it. That’s my trade off! I’m sore, but it feels great and I’m truly feeling fit and only a little hungry. I’ll be there for the next challenge and I’m getting a few friends to try it too! Thank you, Angel!

HA! Get out of my head Dorito lady “that looks easy”. My body STILL hurts in a grand way but it was well worth it. After 14 days of being fit & hungry, I am starting to see my J Lo-esque rear peeking through (it’s been missing since undergrad). Thanks Angel, you’re the ABSOLUTE best!!!!! 7 days bring it on!

I feel very grateful that I got to transition into a new, 42nd year in the middle of this challenge. Even though it meant making some tough cake decisions! I started focusing more on veggies and exercise at the beginning of this year so this was perfectly timed for me to kick it up a notch. I am solidly in the advanced beginner camp, so I stuck with a lot of the modifications – especially for the upper body. But I really improved my plank and push-up numbers from the first assessment to the last! Thank you, Angel. See you next month!

You’re the absolute best. Thanks for the shout out! I REALLY enjoyed it. Seriously, I have been working so hard on getting fit and strong and I felt so powerful adding this to my regular routine. I also felt like I got some real good Angel quality time, knowing that you were wherever you are rooting me on. Can’t wait to take on the new challenge!!! I’m planning to add another element by inviting at least two Angel strangers to the next challenge.

So Angel…..having come out of one challenge and right into this one made it a bit easier for me. Only a bit. Lol
Nonetheless, I truly enjoyed it and my body thanks you! I can’t wait till the next challenge!! Meanwhile, I’m gonna keep going and I will repeat some of these workouts. 🙂

I fell off this challenge when the twins spent 5 days throwing up all over me/themselves/everywhere else. Should’ve got back into it the last week but was so tired I couldn’t muster up the energy! I know… should’ve could’ve would’ve. In any event, I look forward to the next challenge b/c this one was definitely a challenge for me!
