This season, Nike has fashionable workout clothes for the winter. Sometimes that’s all a girl needs to push her out of the door. If you’re in need of cold weather clothing or maybe the lady in your life is, check out what Nike has to offer.

You know I hate being cold so I need super duper warm clothes to get me outside. (I’m such a wimp.)

Do you train outside when it’s cold?

Not usually. But since my race is next week I have been doing it in preparation. I have been test driving my Nike compression gear and it works well. My other trick is that I wear a baseball cap instead of a wool cap. It helps my head have air and stay warm…last long run is in the morning.

I run outside, but not below 40 degrees. I do like the clothes tho, but they seem expensive. Bout some dri fit, but i was still wet. Now I have access to an indoor track so I’m good to go.

I train in the cold. You just have to be layered and expect to be cool for the first 5 minutes of your run. Most people make the mistake of over dressing and then they end up over heating…and that’s no fun.

All the best in 2012!

I tried at one time but stopped. It gets so cold here in Michigan that it would hurt to breathe. I could have been doing something wrong but, I gave up and started working out at the gym.

I usually don’t because i hate being cold but since the clothes are so cute i will make an exception this winter (not that it gets that cold in Los Angeles) but hey its cold to me. (now who’s really a wimp ; ).
