It’s Sunday, Day 7 of the 21 day Fitness Challenge. It’s an easy nutrition assignment to prepare you for the week ahead.
Day 7: Eat food for your soul
1. Eat 4 cups of vegetables.
Don’t eyeball it. Measure each serving to ensure you hit 4 cups. You can complete this mission in one sitting by eating the world’s largest salad or you can spread it out. For example, you could make a spinach omelette for breakfast, eat a salad for lunch, then enjoy a side of cauliflower with dinner. All vegetables are game. Be creative and colorful. Give your body what it needs. Feed your soul, baby.
