It’s Day 6 of the 21 day fitness challenge. It’s Slim Saturday, a fitness assignment. I expect 100% adherence and tons of air kisses.
Day 6: Slim Sweat
Do 45-60 minutes of continuous physical activity.
1. Walk. A purposeful arm-pumping walk. Not a “I parked my car at the far end of the Target parking lot” walk.
2. Swim. Taking a long bath does not count. Even if you are wearing goggles.
3. Run around the playground with the kids. Not to be confused with your kids running around the playground while you scroll through facebook status updates.
4. Yoga. Do a style that makes you work and sweat. Holding down dog in the sauna doth not count.
Do something that involves your whole body. Something that gets your heart pumping. Something that lets you know you are alive and well.
