Day 13: Slim Sweat Saturday
Assignment: Do 45-60 minutes of continuous physical activity. What counts? If you are a stripper, an hour on the pole counts. If you are a classic, an hour of ballroom dancing counts. If you are a clubber, getting jiggy with a drink in your hand, doth not count.
Day 14: Soul Food Sunday
Assignment: Eat 4 cups of vegetables. Be creative. Throw tomatoes on those scrambled eggs. Snack on cucumbers and vinegar. Or try this detox salad. Be strategic. I wouldn’t recommend eating 4 cups of kale at dinner. You’ll go to bed bloated dreaming you’re in the amazon.
