It’s Day 12. We are half-way through the 21-day fitness challenge. I went all serious on you yesterday so here’s something to make you smile.

Day 12: Power in Numbers

1. Encourage or invite a person to be active.
Example: Call your dad and ask if he went on his walk today. Trick your kids into doing an Angel-approved workout like this. Holler at your friend who started this challenge but disappeared. Post the Dirty 30 workout on facebook and challenge your friends to beat your time.

Somebody needs to hear from you.

2. Extra Credit. Complete 2-4 rounds of this circuit as fast as possible.
50 Jumping Jacks
50 Squats
50 High Knee Runs
25 Push Ups

Respond to this post letting me how you did on Day 12. Drink water.

Got my buddy to go to the BIG fancy gym with me for a few hours. We both had a pretty good workout…and I did 2 rounds of the extra credit. (9:20)

I shared the kids workout video. I can’t wait to do this, and other fun workout videos with my 9 year old cousin when he gets back into town!
My mom will also take a walk with me every day until I leave home this weekend(she doesn’t know this yet). I’m going to do today’s extra credit followed by day 13, tomorrow. Happy weekend everyone 🙂

Got my hubby to join me for the workout! … The made us do 4 circuits instead of 2… But I guess that’s a point of having a buddy for motivation!

This is a great workout! Loved it! You can do this anywhere. I did two sets in a conference room during my lunch break. Really got my heart rate up! Cooled down and did a good stretch. Happy Friday everyone. Now I don’t have to feel guilty about going out to dinner tonight.
