A pre-conversation questionnaire and a 30-minute call.
How often are the calls?
Some people call once a week. Some once a month. Some random times throughout the year. It’s whatever you need, when you need it.
Who is this for?
- You don’t know how to start. You’re overwhelmed by all the fitness options. I will give you direction and clarity.
- You’ve hit a plateau. I will identify your blind spots and give you a plan of action that is more effective.

Coaching calls start at $50 for half an hour.
