		<description>Hahaha!!! So ironic, a friend of mine tried to convince me to do kettlebell training this weekend.  See first line of my post to determine my response.  

Also, I&#039;m still laughing at slomo&#039;s comment.  I&#039;m going to use that excuse too =}  Though I do realize excuses don&#039;t produce the amazing mus-cles you both have. But they do produce laughing, which if used properly can be considered abdominal strengthening, right?
