Each week I will post a run-down of the best in nutrition and fitness. I’ll also include other quick tips so you’ll have more time to exercise and make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

    Well…You have just highlighted the one exercise I love to hate! The split squat! Or…as we call it in our house “Bulgarian bad boys”. They hurt!! (so I suppose that’s telling me something, huh??)

  4. I have been looking for a new eating plan and I was really inspired by the Paleo diet. However… I am a vegetarian and this diet is not geared towards those of us who don’t eat the flesh… I was wondering if you had any thoughts on modifications that might make it work for me and other vegetarians?!

  5. @Emily, yep, you’re right, I’ve gotta think about you vegetarians more often. I will post a similar plan keeping meat out of it. Thanks for making the request.
