The next fitness challenge pops off Monday, October 1st. It’s free and better than ever!
- 5 days of nutrition and workout assignments
- All workouts can be done in less than 30 minutes. No equipment needed.
- All levels are welcome. If you’re a beginner, it can be your daily workout. For advanced, it can be in addition to your normal routine.
- Photos and video demonstrations included for every assignment.

Last month I took a survey to see what additions you wanted for future challenges. You answered. I listened. Here’s a snippet of the feedback I received:
“You are already a great motivator. Don’t change. Continue to be a hard a**.”
I love this comment because, you know what, I was being too nice to ya’ll. Normal Angel would tell you to stop whining and push UP! I don’t know who said this comment but thank you for reminding me to bring all sides of me. (insert devil emoji)
“Facebook group to encourage each other.”
Done. I started a private facebook group. It’ll help you stay accountable. And if you want a buddy to keep you in check, you can find it in the fb group.
“I love workouts that are printable. The kind with reps and photos – because when I’m sweaty, I forget what a burpee is. Or my body at least wants me to forget.”
There will be photos and a printable situation. And the burpees will be printed in neon colors. 🙂
“Slimming these hips and thighs :-)”
The workouts for this challenge will be body weight so slimming can happen. I’ve also added some dance inspired moves to keep things lean and long.
“Provide Nutrition tips and inspiration. Sow my mouth shut? lol”
I refuse to sow your mouth shut. How will you french kiss?!?!? But I will provide more nutrition guidance.

How does this work?
My fitness challenges includes daily workouts you can do at home, along with nutrition guidance and motivation. It’s similar to my 21-day and 14-day challenges except it’s shorter. If you’ve never done my challenges, they are akin to the fitnessblender 5 day challenge, blogilates 30 day challenges, and others. Except I’m funnier.
I’m not fit. Can I still join?
At Fit & Hungry, we don’t discriminate. Plus, I’ll include modifications so that no matter what your level, you’ll be fine. Nobody puts baby in the corner. 🙂
